  • Abnormal vaginal discharge
  • Irregular bleeding
  • Abdominal pain and fever
  • Itching or burning in or around the vagina
  • Painful or burning sensation when urinating
  • Abnormal penile discharge
  • Painful or swollen testicles
  • Painful or burning sensation when urinating
Gonorrhea
  • Cloudy/yellow vaginal discharge
  • Abdominal or pelvic pain
  • Irregular bleeding
  • Painful or more frequent urination
  • Pus-like discharge from the tip of the penis
  • Pain or swelling in one testicle
  • Painful urination
Syphilis
  • Primary Stage
    • Painless sores
  • Secondary Stage
    • Skin rashes, sores on the body and/or in the mouth, vagina, or anus
    • Fever
    • Swollen lymph nodes
    • Headaches or muscle aches
    • Weight loss
    • Fatigue
  • Latent Stage
    • Asymptomatic
  • Tertiary, Neurosyphilis, and Ocular Stages: (occurs 10-30 years after initial infection, if untreated)
    • Difficulty coordinating muscle movements
    • Paralysis
    • Numbness
    • Dementia
    • Blindness
  • Primary Stage
    • Painless sores
  • Secondary Stage
    • Skin rashes, sores on the body and/or in the mouth, vagina, or anus
